for PI firms

The Systems Teardown

A 2-week audit of your lead-to-cash flow. Written PDF report. Every gap, drop, and broken handoff named. Prioritized fixes. Book a 15-minute fit call first — payment only if we're aligned.

Payment after the fit call. Not before.

What you get

  1. Lead-to-cash map — every place a lead enters, transforms, or dies
  2. Gap inventory — every break, drop, and handoff failure named in plain language
  3. Prioritized fix list — ranked by effort vs impact, with first-week and first-month picks
  4. Tool consolidation recommendations — fewer tools, clearer ownership
  5. 60-minute walkthrough call — you, your office manager, your case management admin if you have one
  6. Written PDF report — for you, for your team, for handing to whoever implements

Process

Step 1 — 15-min fit call. We decide if a teardown makes sense.

Step 2 — Agree terms. Only if we're aligned. Receipt + intake form by email.

Day 1 — 30-min kickoff call. Read-only access setup.

Days 2–10 — I work. No meetings. Async questions by email.

Days 11–14 — Walkthrough call + report. You decide next step.

What happens after

  • Implement the report yourself
  • Hand the report to your existing dev / VA / agency
  • Engage me for a Build Sprint — teardown fee credits toward the sprint
  • Engage me for a Fractional Ops Retainer

FAQ

Why start with a call?

Fifteen minutes is enough to see if the teardown fits your firm. You only commit if we both want to move forward.

What if you don't find anything useful?

Refund after the walkthrough. Your call.

What access do you need?

Read-only access to your case management, CRM, call tracking, and web forms — plus a short screen-share with your office manager or intake lead.
