- Brand
- I ship under your brand. No shared mark, no joint byline, no "powered by" unless you ask for one.
- Contact
- I do not contact your clients. I do not market to your clients during the engagement or after it. If a client contacts me directly, I send them back to you.
- NDA
- Fine. Send yours or use mine.
- Ownership
- You own the relationship and the deliverable. Credentials, workflows, and documentation go to you. I do not keep a back channel.
- How work arrives
- You scope it. I build against that scope: n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI/Claude, Shopify, Meta Marketing API, Slack, webhooks, custom REST where a native connector is missing. You review before anything faces the client.
- What I will not do
- Pitch your client a separate engagement. Join their Slack as myself. Put proch.io on the artifact.
